My name is Llewellyne Arden and I believe that Yoga can be an incredible vehicle for positive transformation and my deepest hope is to accompany you on that journey.

In my 23 years as a practitioner and teacher, I’ve learned that the key to that balance resides in the holistic application of Yoga as a therapeutic practice. And that can only be done through carefully adapting each practice to meet your unique specific needs. In the therapeutic yoga session, you will learn how to tune into those needs, to breath easier, and move easier, while creating an overall better quality of life.
